Our Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Dispatch depends on product availability. If a delivery date is not specified in your confirmation email, shipping will proceed as soon as the items are available. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If there are any delays due to product availability or other circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected. We aim to deliver within the following time frames:
• Domestic (within Germany): 1-3 business days
• Europe: 3-7 business days
• International (outside Europe): 5-14 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
3. International Shipping:
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
4. Shipment Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the provided link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Delays:
While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frames, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including customs processing or shipping carrier delays. Memas Dessert is not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
6. Perishable Items:
We take extra care in packaging perishable items to maintain their quality during transit. However, please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery, as we are not responsible for any damage caused by delays or unattended deliveries.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@memasdessert.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If approved by the courier, we will either replace the items or issue a refund, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
8. Returns and Cancellations:
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible. For any issues with your order, please refer to our Return Policy or contact our customer service team at info@memasdessert.com.
