Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract before we dispatch the goods, without giving any reason. Once your order has been dispatched, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable due to the nature of the goods (food products), which are excluded from return for reasons of health protection and hygiene once the seal is broken or packaging is opened.
Notification Before Dispatch
To exercise your right of withdrawal (before dispatch), you must inform us (Memas Dessert, Mollstr. 10, 10178 Berlin, Germany, support@memasdessert.com) via a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the sample revocation form provided below, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before we dispatch the goods.
Consequences of Withdrawal (if initiated before dispatch)
If you revoke this contract before dispatch, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs for a delivery option other than our standard delivery). The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Please note: any external bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
Notification of Defects or Shipping Issues
To ensure we can investigate and resolve any issues with your delivery (e.g. damaged, incorrect, or missing items), customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Notifications made after this 7-day period may no longer be eligible for compensation, exchange, or investigation, especially for perishable food products.
No Right of Withdrawal After Dispatch
Please note: In accordance with § 312g (2) No. 3 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. For this reason, once we dispatch the goods, withdrawal is no longer permitted.

Purchase on account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
Klarna credit card
In the ordering process you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after placing the order. There is no address or credit check.
Klarna direct debit
You give Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. About the date of Klarna will inform you about the debit (so-called pre-notification). The account will be debited after the goods have been shipped.
Installment purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum rate is EUR 6.95.
